  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks. Place them in a plastic bag, add the oil, and shake well. Spread them on a baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes on the second rack from the top, until they are a beautiful golden brown (may vary depending on the oven).
