Low-Fat Frozen Yogurt

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g low-fat yogurt
  • 50 g frozen mixed berries
  • possibly Stevia

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

without sugar

Blend the frozen berries with a tablespoon of water until thick. Mix this with the yogurt and add a little stevia, if desired. Freeze the mixture for 2-3 hours. When the edges form an icy crust and the center is still creamy, stir the mixture and freeze for another 1-2 hours. Stir again and serve. If the ice cream is too hard, you can blend it with milk or yogurt until smooth. Be careful to start with very little milk, as it can quickly become mushy. Shredded coconut, fresh berries, or nuts make great toppings. Tip: If you have any leftovers, simply store them in the freezer, mix the ice cream with milk, and enjoy as a refreshing shake.
