Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 bunch of parsley leaves
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 jar olive oil
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Canarian specialty with potatoes

Chop all ingredients and mix them together (I do it in a food processor). Pour into a jar or immediately pour over warm boiled potatoes, unless you can find papas arrugadas somewhere.
