Low-fat herb dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g cream cheese, low-fat
  • 100 ml milk, low-fat
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 ½ tsp herbal salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 5 tbsp mixed herbs of your choice (frozen)
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the onion and chop it very finely or puree it. Combine all ingredients except the milk in a bowl and mix with the low-fat cream cheese. Finally, add the milk to thin it out, and the dip is ready. If you prefer a slightly softer dip, you can vary the amount of milk. Tip: We always serve this dip with a raw vegetable platter or toasted toast.
