Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 180 g flour (wholemeal)
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 180 g yogurt, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Basic recipe

Mix all ingredients together, pour into the molds, and bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C. Variations: with cherries, with lemon flavor, with cocoa (marble muffins), and with chocolate sprinkles.
