Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
- 60 g semolina
- 200 g sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 bags of pudding powder (vanilla)
- 1 jar morello cherries or fruit of your choice
- Fat for the mold
- Breadcrumbs for the form
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without adding additional fat
Drain the morello cherries. Combine the first six ingredients and gently stir in the drained fruit. Grease a springform pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
