Low-histamine Spelled Pancake with Marzipan and Candied Cherries

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Spelt flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Tartar powder
  • 250 g Margarine
  • 100 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 2 tbsp Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Cranberry berries
  • 100 g Candied cherries
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Milk or lactose-free milk as tolerated
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with the fat until frothy. Preheat the oven to 160 ° upper and lower heat
  • Mix the flour with the baking powder (tartar powder), gradually add to the egg-sugar-fat mixture. Add liquid if necessary.
  • Halve or quarter the cherries, cut the marzipan mixture into small cubes.
  • Add the cherries, marzipan, cranberries and raisins to the batter and mix everything well. Keep stirring until the dough "cracks"
  • Put in a greased bundt pan (I use a silicone mold because it's easier) and then put in the oven for about 75 minutes.
  • Let cool, dust with icing sugar, cut open and enjoy!
