Low-histamine Spelled Pancake with Marzipan and Candied Cherries
The perfect low-histamine spelled pancake with marzipan and candied cherries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Spelled flour
- 3 piece Eggs
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Tartar powder
- 250 g Margarine
- 100 g Marzipan raw mass
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 2 tbsp Cranberry berries
- 100 g Candied cherries
- 200 g Sugar
- 3 tbsp Milk or lactose-free milk as tolerated
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with the fat until frothy. Preheat the oven to 160 ° upper and lower heat
- Mix the flour with the baking powder (tartar powder), gradually add to the egg-sugar-fat mixture. Add liquid if necessary.
- Halve or quarter the cherries, cut the marzipan mixture into small cubes.
- Add the cherries, marzipan, cranberries and raisins to the batter and mix everything well. Keep stirring until the dough “cracks”
- Put in a greased bundt pan (I use a silicone mold because it’s easier) and then put in the oven for about 75 minutes.
- Let cool, dust with icing sugar, cut open and enjoy!
