Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g whole wheat flour
- 300 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 50 ml rapeseed oil
- 60 g millet flakes
- 350 ml water, lukewarm
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Combine the flours and millet flakes in a large bowl and crumble the yeast cube on top. Add all the remaining ingredients and knead thoroughly using the dough hook of a hand mixer. Line a loaf pan with baking paper, pour in the bread dough, and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan/convection oven). Bake the bread in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 40 minutes.
