- Asparagus tips
- 1 shell Arugula
- 1 shell Fresh strawberries
- 1 shell Raspberries fresh
- 4 Pc. Mini tomatoes
- Raspberry balsamic vinegar
- Rapeseed oil
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Cane sugar
Instructions
- Clean and wash the rocket, wash the strawberries and raspberries. Halve the strawberries. Wash tomatoes and cut into halves if necessary. Dressing: raspberry balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and a little sugar. Arrange the salad on the plate and spread the dressing on top. Boil asparagus tips (I don't have any information on the amount because I had a bag of fresh asparagus tips and took a handful of them for the salad) for about 10 minutes and distribute them on the plates.
