Lumberjack Style Spaghetti

The perfect lumberjack style spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Fresh chanterelles
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 250 g Fresh tomato
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Chili oil
  • 1 Can Natural tuna
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Clean and chop the mushrooms, remove the stalks from the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Wash the spring onions and cut into oblique strips. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the mushrooms over high heat until the liquid has evaporated. Add the spring onions and fry for 5 minutes over a low heat. Mix in the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. They cook according to the basic recipe. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, stir in the tuna with the stock, crumble a little. Drain the pasta, drain and mix with the sauce.
