Lupine Fillet with Mixed Salad
The perfect lupine fillet with mixed salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Radicchio
- 1 Roman Salad Heart
- 1 Tomato red
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Williams pears
- 150 g Lupine fillet
- 2 tbsp Balsamic cream
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the radicchio into thin strips. Wash the lettuce and cut into small pieces.
- Slice the cucumber. Cut the tomato and pepper into thin slices.
- Cut the pear into thin wedges and arrange all the ingredients on 2 plates.
- Fry the lupine fillet on both sides in a non-stick frying pan and cut into small pieces. Spread on the salad.
- Mix the balsamic cream with the olive oil, salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
