Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g sausage (Lyoner), diced (or meat sausage)
  • 3 cucumber(s), sour, diced
  • 6 eggs, boiled, hard-boiled, diced
  • 500 g diced tomatoes
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 1 jar of remoulade
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Make a marinade from the remoulade, tomato paste, vinegar, and spices. Dice all ingredients and fold in. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Season to taste before serving. Serve with baguette.
