  • 250 ml kefir, low-fat
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk the kefir, banana, and wheat germ thoroughly in a blender or with a hand blender. Season with cinnamon, if desired, and serve well chilled.
