Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 rolls (baked rolls)
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 1 tbsp butter
- 50 ml white wine
- 50 ml cream
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 5 tbsp cheese (Emmental), grated
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with crème fraîche, cream, white wine and cheese
Halve the rolls. Cut the cooked ham into small pieces. Clean the leek, halve it, and slice it thinly. Melt the butter in a saucepan, sauté the leek and cooked ham (be careful, if the leek burns it will taste bitter), season with salt and pepper. Pour in the white wine and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the cream and reduce well. Stir in the parsley. Remove the pan from the heat, let it cool slightly, then fold in the crème fraîche and grated cheese. Spread the mixture onto the roll halves with a spoon. Bake at 180°C (fan oven, preheated) for about 14 minutes. The amounts for cream and white wine are estimates; I always do it by eye… in any case, the spread shouldn’t be too thin, otherwise it will run off the rolls during baking.
