Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g macaroni
  • 400 g cottage cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g cheese, grated or diced
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder
  • Coconut oil for greasing the mold
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Grease the baking pan with coconut oil. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). In a bowl, whisk the egg with a pinch of salt and mix with the cottage cheese, sour cream, and 2/3 of the cheese. Add the cooked pasta, mix well, and pour into the greased pan. Spread 1/3 of the cheese over the pasta, sprinkle with paprika, and bake for 45 minutes. Of course, you can also add a package of diced ham, but then no salt is needed.
