Mac 'n' Cheese with Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bag of macaroni or pasta, approx. 500 g
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 400 g chicken
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 200 g Cheddar cheese
  • 80 g Parmesan
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Sauté the garlic with butter in a saucepan. Then add the shredded chicken, cook, and then remove from the pan. Bring the milk to a boil in the pan and add the pasta. Meanwhile, sauté the broccoli florets until soft. When the pasta is tender, add the cheese. Reduce the heat to low and stir the pasta. Then add the chicken and broccoli and season with salt and pepper.
