  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 tbsp Red wine
  • 300 ml Oil
  • 8 Rosemary sprigs

Sweet potatoes

  • 5 Sweet potato
  • 150 g Herb butter
  • 200 g Parmesan
