  • The large amounts of various B vitamins contained in the nut ensure a strong nervous system. The phosphorus and magnesium in the nut are also good for the nerves, but also for muscles.
  • When it comes to anti-aging, macadamia nuts also score points. Vitamin E slows down aging processes in the body. You can see this on the skin because the vitamin prevents wrinkles. The nut contains a large amount of vitamin E.
  • However, macadamia also brings a lot of calories. With 100g, you have to reckon with a good 700 calories, mainly because of the high-fat content. So if you’re trying to lose weight, you shouldn’t eat a whole bag of macadamia nuts at once.
