Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tomatoes, without seeds, diced
  • 3 slice(s) ham, raw, possibly
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 half chili pepper(s), small, chopped
  • 400 g pasta (e.g. macaroni)
  • ½ onion(s), chopped
  • lots of Parmesan
  • Water (salt water)
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water and preheat the oven to 230°C (top heat). Sauté the chopped onion and diced tomatoes in butter and deglaze with the stock. Simmer briefly and add the cream. Bring to a boil, then add the chopped chili and garlic, and ham, if desired. Season with pepper (and salt if ham was not used). Add the pasta and toss to coat. Then transfer everything to a baking dish, top with cheese, if desired, and place it in the oven. Serve after 5 minutes, or when it has reached the desired color.
