Ingredients

  • 300 g Macaroni, in short
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 250 g Ham, cooked, in one piece
  • 1 pole Leeks, approx. 200 g
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Nutmeg, freshly ground
  • 100 g Grated hard cheese, e.g. Grana Padano

Instructions

  • Cook the noodles in plenty of sparkling salted water according to the instructions on the packet until they are firm to the bite. Drain and rinse with cold water, drain. Put the pasta in a bowl and mix with olive oil.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (circulating air: 180 ° C).
  • In the meantime, finely dice the ham. Clean the leek, rinse and cut into fine rings. Peel and finely chop garlic. Mix the pasta, ham, leek and garlic. Rinse the tomatoes, clean them and cut them into slices, removing the stalks.
  • Place half of the pasta and ham mixture on the bottom of an ovenproof and greased dish. Spread the tomato slices on top and cover with the remaining pasta and ham mixture. Mix the creme fraiche and eggs, season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the casserole. Cover the tin with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the casserole and bake for another 15 minutes without aluminum foil.
  • Mixed lettuce tastes good with it.
