Onion Mince Baguette

  • 2 Baguette rolls
  • 80 g Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Mild Ajvar = paprika paste
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 200 g Onion mince
  • 0,5 Bed Cress
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (fan oven: 200 ° C).
  2. Halve the baguette rolls. Mix the sour cream with ajvar, a little salt and pepper and spread a thin layer on the bun halves. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Wash, clean, halve the tomatoes and cut into thin half slices. Roughly pluck the onion mince and spread it not too thickly on the prepared rolls. Cover with the tomato slices and bake in the preheated oven in the upper third of the oven for about 15 minutes. Cut the cress from 1/2 of the bed. Sprinkle the baguette with black pepper from the mill and serve sprinkled with cress.
