Magic – Bordelaise

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 fish fillet(s) Bordelaise (frozen)
  • ¼ liter white wine
  • ¼ liter broth
  • Crème fraîche
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • tarragon
  • Honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the white wine and broth to a boil in a pan, add the crème fraîche, tarragon, honey, salt, pepper, and mushrooms. Place the Bordelaise fillet in an ovenproof dish, add the boiling sauce, and finish cooking in the oven for about 1 hour. The sauce will be very thin at first, but will develop a nice consistency. Serve best with rice, but baguette also works well. This way, the fish fillet easily serves two people.
