Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g sea salt
- 100 g paprika powder
- 100 g cane sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
To make the rub, first grind the coarse spices very finely, then mix everything thoroughly. If you keep the rub in an airtight container, it will keep for up to a year, but some loss of flavor is possible.
