Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour, gluten-free if required
- 100 g oat flakes, gluten-free if required
- 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100 g margarine
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 50 g almonds, chopped
- 150 ml hazelnut milk (hazelnut drink) or other milk alternative
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 30 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch(s) of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mix all ingredients together, form flat balls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 160°C (325°F) for 15-20 minutes. This batch makes about 30 cookies. Tip: You can also use gluten-free flour and oats and replace the sugar with rice syrup or another sugar substitute. Don’t chop the dark chocolate too finely. Flaked almonds and ground hazelnuts work just as well.
