Magical Crepe Cake
The perfect magical crepe cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the crepes:
- 12 Pc. Eggs
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- 420 g Flour
- 250 ml Water
- 1 liter Milk
- 150 g Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla flavor
- 40 g Cocoa powder
- Oil
For the cream:
- 300 ml Cream
To garnish:
- Powdered sugar
- Stir the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
- Stir in the flour and water and slowly add the milk.
- Melt the butter and stir in the vanilla flavor.
- Place half of the batter in another bowl and stir in the cocoa powder.
- Bake crepes from both doughs. To do this, place a medium-sized ladle of batter in a coated pan with a little oil. As soon as the dough is lightly browned, turn. Remove if this side is also browning.
- Whip the cream until stiff.
- To layer the cake, put the cream on a light crepe, place a dark crepe on top, spread the cream again and so on. Finish the layers with a crepe.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and refrigerate for 2 hours.
