Apple – yogurt – glass
- 50 g *Marzipan
- 200 g *Naturjoghurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 cups Cream
- 0,25 tsp Raw cane sugar
- 50 g Chocolate shavings
- 4 Apples
- 4 leaves Apple mint
Apple – yogurt – glass
- Crush the marzipan in a machine and stir it together with the natural yoghurt. Add lemon juice. Put the cream in a tall container and slowly pour in the raw cane sugar. Clean, wash and dry the apples with a paper towel.
- Take an apple divider and divide one at a time. Cut the wedges into pieces. Fold the whipped cream into the marzipan yoghurt. Then the whole thing is layered in 4 glasses. First marzipan yoghurt, apple pieces, chocolate shavings alternately. Finally, decorate each with an apple mint leaf.
