Preparation: How to make hot chocolate yourself

The preparation of cocoa is very easy and quick. We show you how it works.

  1. Slowly melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  2. Bring the milk and cream to a boil with 50 milliliters of water in a second saucepan.
  3. Add the melted chocolate along with the vanilla bean and bring to the boil again, stirring constantly.
  4. Now pour the finished cocoa into a cup and let it cool down a bit before serving.
