How to make raw food bread yourself – a basic recipe
You can dry some raw food bread in the sun or on the heater, but it works better with a dehydrator.
- For a simple raw food bread, you need 900 grams of almond pomace, 50 grams each of ground and unground soaked flaxseeds, 4 tablespoons of psyllium husks, some salt, 400 milliliters of water, and 2 tablespoons of yeast flakes.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and knead the dough thoroughly. Before you form a loaf out of the dough, you should let it rest for at least an hour.
- Now cut the loaf into slices about one to one and a half centimeters thick and let them dry in the dehydrator for 12 to 14 hours.
