  2. You need about 150 grams of natural yogurt with a fat content of 3.5% and a liter of milk. Optionally, you can also add milk powder to make the yogurt firmer.
  3. Heat the milk to about 90 degrees while stirring. Hold the temperature for five minutes. Then let them cool down to 50 degrees. Then stir in the natural yogurt and, if necessary, the milk powder.
  4. Fill the mixture into several glasses and place them on a tray in the oven at 50 degrees for half an hour. Then turn off the oven and leave the jars there overnight.
  5. The next day you can remove the jars, cover them, and put them in the fridge. You should consume the finished yogurt within the next three to four days.
  6. You can produce new portions directly from just one portion of freshly made yogurt (about 150 grams). To do this, simply repeat the steps listed and replace the plain yogurt with your own creation.
  7. You can also flavor yogurt to your liking by adding flavors to the milk as it boils.
  8. Finished yogurt can also be mixed with frozen or fresh fruit. You can be very creative with the design and discover new yogurt mixtures with honey and muesli.
