Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g milk
- 120 g sugar
- 80 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150 g chocolate, e.g. 1/3 dark and 2/3 milk
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, bring the milk and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Then add the butter. Melt the chocolate in the saucepan. Finally, stir in the hazelnuts. Let it cool, and the cream will thicken slightly.
