Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 10 g yeast, fresh
- 300 ml water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 10 g salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 can tomato sauce with herbs
- 1 pack of grated Gouda
- 1 pack of salami
- Oregano as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 25 minutes
with homemade pizza dough, enough for 6 servings
Put the flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, crumble the yeast into it, and add a little water and sugar. Stir gently until the yeast dissolves. Gradually add the remaining water and olive oil to the dough. Knead the dough for about 15 minutes, until the yeast is well incorporated. The dough needs to rise in a dark, warm place for at least 2-3 hours. If you want to speed up the process, you can place it in the oven at 40 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes. After the resting time, add the salt, place the dough on a floured surface, and divide it into several small pieces. Roll out each piece thinly with a rolling pin. The cake pan now serves as a cookie cutter. Simply place it on the dough and cut out the giant dough circle. You should make 5 in total. Place the pizzas in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 5-8 minutes. They can be a little brown by now. Now cover the edge of the pie plate with the remaining dough. Simply make garlic oil from the olive oil by pressing the cloves into it. Place a layer of pizza dough on the bottom of the pie plate and top with tomato sauce, cheese, salami, and garlic oil. Repeat this process until all layers of dough are in the plate. Garnish the top layer with oregano. Make sure the pie is well sealed on all sides. Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
