Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 100 g oil
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 60 g flour
- 60 g cornstarch (wheat starch)
- 50 g Amaretto or egg liqueur
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 50 g chocolate, dark
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
makes 8 pieces
Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate, in a mixing bowl and mix with a mixer at medium speed for about 10 minutes. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and stir it in at the end. Pour the mixture into the molds and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 10 minutes. You can also pour the mixture into a large cake pan and bake as a chocolate cake, but the baking time will be about 10 minutes longer.
