Malt beer bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pack of onions (fried onions)
  • 500 ml malt beer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Knead the ingredients together and pour into a loaf pan (I use silicone). Bake at 200°C for about 45-50 minutes. Serve with a herb dip.
