Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g cheese (Emmental or Gouda)
  • 100 g meat sausage or Lyoner
  • 200 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 small can of asparagus (asparagus tips, 280 g)
  • 1 small can of mushrooms, whole heads (230 g)
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 100 g light mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white

Cut the cheese and sausage into 1/2 cm wide sticks. Cook the meat in a little oil in a pan, season with salt and pepper, and then cut into small pieces. Wash the cucumber and slice it into wafer-thin slices without peeling it. Drain the asparagus and mushrooms. Place everything in a bowl and mix. For the marinade, mix the mayonnaise with yogurt, tomato ketchup, salt, pepper, and sugar in a bowl. Pour over the salad ingredients and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, for the garnish, quarter the tomatoes and cut the egg into eighths. Chop the parsley. Decorate the salad with it and serve.
