Mandarin and Cucumber Salad

The perfect mandarin and cucumber salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Tangerine, filleted
  • 0,125 piece Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 0,5 g Salt
  • 0,5 g Pepper
  • 1 x Mandarin zest
  • 3 g Dill
  1. Wash the tangerine and pull the zest, then carefully remove the tangerine fillets
  2. Cut the cucumber into thin slices
  3. Season with pepper, salt and dill and decorate with the tangerine zest
  4. Optional: salmon
