Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 orange(s), grated peel
- 6 eggs
- 200 g flour, grippy
- 125 g cornstarch
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 can/n tangerine(s) (190 g weight)
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Cream the butter with the sugar, salt, orange zest, and whole eggs until very fluffy. Sift the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and stir in. Fold in the drained mandarin oranges. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 24 cm diameter Bundt pan and bake on the middle rack at 150-160°C (convection oven) for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve.
