Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 80 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of orange flavored drink powder
  • 4 small cans of tangerine(s)
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cake base: Mix butter, sugar, flour, eggs, and baking powder into a dough. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C in a preheated oven. Let cool thoroughly in the pan. Filling: Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff, then fold in the sour cream and orange powder. Spread this mixture onto the cooled cake base and scatter the drained mandarins on top. Finally, pour the glaze over the mandarins according to the package instructions.
