Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can/n tomatoes, chopped (fresh ones are also fine)
- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 tbsp cream cheese spread
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth (instant)
- 1 bunch of basil
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the chopped tomatoes (amount to taste; the more tomatoes, the fruitier it will be) and cream in a saucepan and heat. Add the vegetable stock and the processed cheese, and bring to a boil. Season with pepper to taste and add fresh basil. Serve with tortellini or any other type of pasta.
