Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 g butter
- 225 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 375 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 50 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 lemon(s), the juice or lemon juice from the bottle
- 1 can of tangerine(s) with juice
- Fat for the mold
Instructions

Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs one at a time until fluffy. Sift in the flour and the sachet of baking powder and stir in. Then stir in the hazelnuts, lemon juice, and mandarin oranges with their juice. Pour the finished batter into a greased 26 cm springform pan and bake at 200°C for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
