Mandarin Cake on Baking Sheet

Ingredients for the cake

  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Cup Mineral water
  • 1 Cup Sunflower oil
  • 300 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 3 Cans Mandarins

Ingredients for the topping

  • 2 a cup Cream
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 2 a cup Sour cream or creme fraiche
  • 1 tablespoon Cinammon
  1. Put eggs in a mixing bowl and beat with the mixer. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, mineral water, sunflower oil and stir. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in as well. Spread the dough evenly on a greased baking sheet. Drain the mandarins well and spread them on the dough. Put the whole thing in the oven at 175 ° C for 20-30 minutes. Whilst baking, whip the cream and add the cream stabilizer. Then stir in the sour cream or creme fraiche. Spread this mixture evenly on the cooled fruit base and thinly sift cinnamon over it.
