Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 25 g cornstarch
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ¼ liter cream
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

quick and tasty

Drain the mandarins and reserve the juice. Halve the mandarins. Make up the juice with water to make 1/4 liter. Add cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla sugar and bring to a boil while stirring. Let cool while stirring (this works best if you place the pot in cold water). Whip the cream until stiff and stir into the cooled cream. Fold in the mandarins and transfer to a glass bowl.
