Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of tangerine(s)
- 250 g cream cheese
- 400 g cream
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 ml juice (from the tangerine can)
- Sugar, colorful
- Chocolate shavings
Instructions

Drain the mandarins, reserving the juice. Set aside 4 attractive mandarins for garnish. Whip the cream with the sugar/vanillin sugar mixture until stiff peaks, then stir in the juice and cream cheese. Carefully fold in the mandarins. For 4 dessert glasses, create a sugar rim with colored sugar and fill each. Garnish with chocolate shavings and mandarin orange. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
