Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tangerines
  • 120 ml orange juice
  • 150 ml Greek yogurt
  • ¼ vanilla pod(s), the pulp, or vanilla extract
  • some agave syrup or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the tangerines, divide them into individual segments, and remove the seeds. Blend the flesh with orange juice, yogurt, and vanilla in a blender, then season with agave syrup.
