Mandarin quark pudding

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool. Combine the quark with 3 tablespoons of milk in a glass bowl and stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar. Whip the cream until stiff. Stir the cooled vanilla pudding into the quark and stir in the drained mandarin oranges (reserve a few for garnish). Carefully fold in the cream and garnish the dessert with the mandarin orange segments.
