Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of mandarin oranges (312 g capacity)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Fruit sauce for pudding

Puree the mandarins and strain through a fine sieve. Bring the collected liquid to a boil with the cinnamon and agave syrup. Mix the cornstarch with the water and add to the hot liquid, bringing to a boil again. Stir in the yogurt. We like to serve it with vanilla pudding.
