Mandarin sheet cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 ½ packets of baking powder
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • 4 can/n tangerines
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with cow spots. 1 cup = approx. 200 ml liquid or 120 g flour or 170 g sugar

Drain the mandarins. Mix the remaining ingredients into a batter. Then fold the mandarins into the batter. Bake on a baking sheet at 200°C for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, combine the sweet and sour cream. Spread over the hot cake immediately after baking and dust with a thick layer of cocoa. The cake tastes best when left to sit overnight.
