Mango and Banana Cream

The perfect mango and banana cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Ripe mango approx. 450 g / cleaned approx. 300 g
  • 1 Banana approx. 100 g
  • 200 ml Orange juice 100%
  • 100 g Mild yogurt
  • 2 Mint tips for garnish
  1. Peel the mango, remove the pulp from the stone and roughly dice / cut into pieces. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Put all ingredients (mango pieces, banana pieces, orange juice and yoghurt) in a bowl, mix carefully with a hand blender, fill into 2 glasses, garnish with mint leaves and refrigerate until serving.
