Ingredients
- 1 Ripe mango approx. 450 g / cleaned approx. 300 g
- 1 Banana approx. 100 g
- 200 ml Orange juice 100%
- 100 g Mild yogurt
- 2 Mint tips for garnish
Instructions
- Peel the mango, remove the pulp from the stone and roughly dice / cut into pieces. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Put all ingredients (mango pieces, banana pieces, orange juice and yoghurt) in a bowl, mix carefully with a hand blender, fill into 2 glasses, garnish with mint leaves and refrigerate until serving.
