Banana Ice Cream

The perfect banana ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cream
  • 150 g Natural yoghurt
  • 250 g Bananas
  • 8 tsp Powdered sugar
  1. Puree the bananas.
  2. Whip the cream, yoghurt and powdered sugar until creamy. Add the bananas and keep beating until everything is mixed together.
  3. Freeze the ice cream mass for approx. 30 minutes and then stir well again – repeat this process twice after every half an hour. The mass can then freeze for several hours.
  4. Arrange the banana ice cream on dessert plates.
