Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 320 g mango(s)
- 2 pieces passion fruit
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 g gelling sugar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 21 minutes
Briefly puree the mango flesh with the passion fruit flesh and lemon juice in a saucepan. Add half of the gelling sugar, bring to a boil while stirring, and boil for about 2 minutes. Add the remaining gelling sugar while stirring, and continue boiling for about 2 minutes. Pour the boiling-hot jam into clean, preheated jars, filling them just below the rim and sealing immediately. Briefly turn the jars upside down with the screw lids on, then cool on an insulating surface. Note: This amount is enough for 3 x 200 ml jars. Shelf life: about 6 months in a cool, dark place. Once opened, store the jar in the refrigerator and consume the jam promptly.
