Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 lime(s), the juice
  • 1 chili pepper(s), fresh
  • some parsley, fresh
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Ideal as a barbecue side dish

Dice the bell pepper and mango, halve the onion and slice into thin strips. Finely slice the chili pepper, chop the parsley, and dice the avocado. Combine the bell pepper, mango, onion, chili, and parsley in a bowl, season with salt and lime juice, and gently fold in the avocado.
